Kirsty is a Director and Operations Manager of Grayson Lewis. She has an impressive and multidisciplinary career history. Kirsty spent 16 years as a Police Officer before retiring on medical grounds.
During her career with Police Scotland, Kirsty honed many transferable skills including problem-solving, decision-making and strategic thinking. Leveraging these skills and qualities, Kirsty effectively oversees day-to-day operations, optimises our processes and drives continuous improvement.
Kirsty also has 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. As a result, she has the perfect combination of knowledge and expertise to drive the business forward and provide ongoing training and development to our growing team.
