Whether you are looking to upsize to to support a growing family, or downsizing as your children have now flown the nest, we can help you to secure a mortgage offer to suit your needs. When moving home, you may not necessarily need to change your mortgage. It may be possible to transfer your existing mortgage over to your new property, known as ‘porting’, which is subject to application. We can liaise with your existing lender on your behalf to ensure that the process goes smoothly.

First Time Buyer
Buying your first home is an incredibly exciting milestone and learning experience. We understand that mortgages and the home buying process is uncharted territory for first time buyers. With this front of mind, we take the time and patience to carefully explain the process and support you every step of the way.
There are several reasons why homeowners choose to remortgage. Most people remortgage when their current fixed rate has come to an end. This gives you the opportunity to shop around with other lenders to secure a new mortgage product. Homeowners can also remortgage to consolidate personal loans, to raise funds for home improvements and to pay off a Help to Buy loan. Depending on your requirements and available mortgage products, the best option may be to remain with your existing lender via a product switch. We carefully assess your circumstances and cost compare products before making our recommendations.
We specialise in dealing with high-value and complex mortgage cases for clients often with non-standard income structures. For example, clients who have numerous business interests may have multiple income sources. You may receive dividends, commission, bonuses and have an income that can fluctuate from one month to the next. We have access to a panel of Private Banks who can offer a more bespoke approach to lending in comparison to High Street lenders when required.

Buy to Let
Buy to Let mortgages differ from residential mortgages in several ways. To obtain a Buy to Let mortgage the predominant focus is on the merits of the property rather than your income. We work with you to navigate these differences and secure the most competitive product for your investment.

Nick Henbrey was friendly but professional. He explained options in a clear way and I felt very comfortable with how he presented them. He was not pushy and allowed plenty of time to consider what he was saying/suggesting.
